THE EXECUTIVE – ADMININISTRATIVE COMMITTEE:
The purpose of the Executive Team is to serve as an administrative
and problem solving task group on behalf of the congregation. This
includes reviewing the monthly financial reports of the finance
committee and business manager/treasurer, supervising all administrative
standing committees, reviewing the initial process of formulating
the annual budget, and preparing proposals for the Conference’s
agenda. The church conference shall delegate to the executive/administrative
committee a measure of its authority to achieve the work on it
behalf. This committee is authorized by the church conference to
spend and increased the annual budget by 2% without having to go
to conference.
The executive committee shall meet on the first Tuesday of each
month at 5: 00 p.m. in the pastor’s office. The Executive committee
shall be composed of the Pastor, two Deacons, two members of the Finance
Team, two Trustees, and an At-Large Member of the congregation appointed
by the pastor annually.
